Interview Skills Workshop

Interviewing skills are actions candidates take during job interviews that make them stand out. These actions can include proper interview behavior, controlling nervousness, or asking intelligent questions. You are better at convincing interviewers you are the right candidate for the job.

If you’re going to impress at an interview, you need to prepare thoroughly. This page sets out what to do to prepare, some pointers about how to behave and react in the interview, and what you might expect at an interview.
The most important thing to remember about any interview is that it is a two-way process. It is as much about you finding out whether you want to work for the company as them finding out whether they want you. This means it is important to present yourself as you really are, not pretend to be something you’re not. Global Montessori Training Institute

Building Interview skills?

This page provides practical advice about things that you can do to build your confidence. Confidence and self-esteem are not the same things, although they are often linked. Confidence is the term we use to describe how we feel about our ability to perform roles, functions, and tasks. Self-esteem is how we feel about ourselves, the way we look, the way we think – whether or not we feel worthy or valued. People with low self-esteem often also suffer from generally low confidence, but people with good self-esteem can also have low confidence. It is also perfectly possible for people with low self-esteem to be very confident in some areas.
